David Steinfeld Esq Alleged Witness Tampering In the Case Jack Stein v. Bargain Bob's Carpet 502013CA018250 Palm Beach Gardens florida
In my opinion Attorney David Steinfeld Esq. of Palm Beach Gradens Fl. should be disbarred for witness tampering in the above case. As a Rabbi I cannot allow this injustice of this verdict to stand knowing the truth. For the past three years this injustice keeps going off in my head and I have to do something about it. I wanted this off my consceience. "Stein is Innocent" in this case, I have first hand knowledge Stein was at my home at the time of the alleged incident that occured in the Riverwalk mail room.
I had felt threatened by the tone and voice by attorney David Steinfeld ordering me to go home and stopping me from testifying the day of the trial. My Knowledge would have found Stein incident of all charges if I testified.
In my opinion a win you don't deserve to win.
My teachings in morality has taught me, "What is hateful to yourself do not do to your fellow man" My Deposition should have been the soul to your conscience, Yet, when you knew the truth you had to destroy another persons life to cover up the situation at Riverwalk.
G-d works in mysterious ways, Stein alleged there was fraud at the Riverwalk Cafe, You were the attorney on record, this time your magic did not work, The Cafe operator won over 760,000.00 against Riverwalk. Stein should have been applauded by the community by bring out the fraud and fighting for the residence of Riverwalk.
Further, I have learned from the me too movement, I won't allow you to harass me or bully me because you have a law degree.
I am hoping the Florida Bar reads this and takes disciplinary action against you.

This report is absolutely untrue and a patent falsehood.
In January 2016, a jury in Palm Beach County, Florida Circuit Court Case 502013CA018250XXXXMBAN found that Mr. Jack Stein had posted a defamatory statement on this same Ripoff Report website and that he placed that statement in magazines distributed to his community. He was captured on surveillance photos in the community mailroom and according to his own expert witness at trial, he even confessed to the expert that it was him in the mailroom photos. So, it is impossible for him to be with the person who posted this libelous lie at the same time and it is very telling that the author of this nonsense claims to be a rabbi, but hides behind anonymity. No real religious leader would hide their identity like this.
At no time at the trial or in the four and half years that has transpired since then has anyone ever even made this allegation. Logic will tell any reasonable and intelligent person that if Mr. Stein had a witness who could place him at another location when he was caught on photos in the mailroom, he would have called that witness at trial or brought up any issue about that witness to the Judge. That never occurred because there never was any phantom rabbi witness and no witness tampering. The claim made by this charlatan is an absolute and outright lie.
It should not go unnoticed that the author made this defamatory statement anonymously. Mr. Jack Stein, the Defendant, never even listed a rabbi as a witness in the case. For some unknown person now after four and half years to claim to be a rabbi and allege that they were a witness that was told to leave, which never happened, is an afront to all people of religion and all persons of integrity and honor. The person who posted this fraud should be ashamed of themselves and the fact that they chose to hide their name shows that they know their rant is entirely concocted and a dishonest fabrication.
If the coward who posted this garbage has any integrity or honor, he or she will respond and disclose their true identity and present address/whereabouts to the world. Accusing another person of a crime, such as witness tampering, is per se defamation in Florida. Knowing that they have now exposed themselves to the same punitive liability that Mr. Stein did with his Ripoff Report post, I truly hope that they will disclose their identity and where I can serve them with a lawsuit for defamation, but the coward will sadly never reply.
