I purchased the Gravity Defyer shoes hoping that they would help me because I work on my feet all day and stand and walk over 90% of my day but am extreemely disapointed in the shoes. Withing the first 39 days of purchase the left shoe started making a loud clicking noise and finally the springs in the heal broke and stopped working. I walked on some wet pavement and later that week some rust started leaking from the heal of the right shoe then it started making such a lout noise that my associates and customers started asking me what was wrong with my shoes. I am embarrassed and humilated. I called the company that I purchased the shoes from and they told me that I was out of my guarantee but they would give me 50% off another new pair of shoes. I told them that I was very unhappy withthe shoes and that I wanted a refund. They refused, I asked if I could talk to a manger or supervisor they put me through to a manger, I had to leave a message for him to call me back. I never received a call back. I tried calling again and again and still todate have not received a call back. You have to ask yourself why the guarantee is so short and not like many other shoes that you purchase. I feel taken advantage of and ripped off. I am not happy and now my feet are hurt worse than before I purchased them. Shame on them for taking advantage of trusting customers.
