Complaint Review: David Turion At Loveforpuppies.com

I purchased a maltipoo online from David Turion at puppyfind.com. He posted a picture of a white maltipoo, which I later realized he was using to advertise for other puppies, but I got something entirely different. Not only was he deceitful, he was incredibly late in responding to my emails and did not include any of my puppy's paper work/vaccination records, even though it was promised. After hounding him for days after the puppy's arrival, I simply gave up. At one point during the transaction, I filed a complaint with paypal nad had them stall the transaction because I did not hear from him. After he realized the money was taken back by paypal, he emailed me telling me that there was a death in the family and he hadn't been able to check his emails, even when I was able to clearly see that he was signed into his gmail account. My "maltipoo" is 5 months old and is well over 8 lbs, which is almost unheard of (most are 4-5 lbs at this age). This man is a liar and a scammer!
