I have never spoken to David Isgrig. He insulates himself through a broker and his bother in law John Leonard of Carroll , Ia. He does not answer calls.

He buys and flips cars and buyer beware!!! I bought a car through a broker that was owned by Mr. Isgrig. It was not as advertised or as represented in either the write up or the pictures. This car was described as "BEAUTIFUL 1971 MERCURY COUGAR XR7 CONVERTIBLE 1 OF 1700 MADE FACTORY A/C HAS POWER TOP THAT WORKS WELL. HAS WHITE BOOT/COVER FOR TOP ALL POWER WINDOWS WORK. HAS WORKING AM/FM/CASSETTE STEREO. ALL GUAGES WORK RUNS AND DRIVES NICELY! SQUEELS TIRES VERY EASILY WITH ORIGINAL 351 CLEVELAND ENGINE AND  AUTOMATIC TRANS. NEW DOOR PANELS COME WITH THE CAR! ...**THIS IS PRICED TO SELL NOW**"

I was told everything is fine just needs  the new door panels put on. If this 1971 is an XR7 someone removed the emblems that are on XR7's. This "Beauty" has hairline cracks on the drivers door and was hit and the back end the evidence is crudely covered over. The convertible top has torn parts hanging in the car. The white convert cover was thrown in the trunk with a lot of dirty junk. Not all the gauges work, the A/C leaks, the power windows are disconnected.

The automatic  transmission slips, has a bad front seal and doubt could ever squeel tires.  The car does not drive nicely. The exhaust leaks and sounds like straight pipes,  Car had enough engine work done recently that so it lasted just over 200 miles, when it threw a rod. He bought the car in July and sold in December.
