David Winslett took my client information, ran my credit without my permission and declined my loan because he was lazy. I was initially working with a professional agent, then I called a few days later and David said the agent no longer worked for CashCall Mortgage.  David Winslett somehow accessed my information and called me back stating he was now in charge of my file.  A few days later he stopped replying to phone calls and emails. 

When I finally got a hold of a manger, the manger told me the loan was declined.  I than called and spoke with one of Winslett's co workers and she told me David Winslett is a con man.  She said he is known for not following company rules, stealing other agent's work, submitting bad files with missing information, the list went on. Turns out he has a very bad criminal history, see pictures. 

He had several DUIs, drug charges, domestic violence cases and possible rape charges.  DO not trust David Winslett, he is a con artist, a crook and unprofessional.  I reached out to another mortgage company that week and the agent was able to get my loan approved, turns out Winslett was too lazy to do some calculations and review of my rental income.  Do not trust Winslett, he may bounce around from company to company, he will never change his ways of being a shady illegitimate loan officer.
