David Weekly Homes ..Houston Texas ..TERMINATED AGREEMENT TO EXTRACT MORE MONEY
In July of 1999,I entered into a contract with David Weekly Homes of houston texas to purchase a house. The closing was to take place in march of 2000.after the house had been completed.
The tile installed by David Weekly Homes was not according to specification. When I objected to the tile, they reacted by terminating the agreement for the purchase of the house. I told them that I withdraw my objection and would accept the house with wrong tile. However, they responded that they would not sell me the house under the orignal agreement and that they would now treat me as a "new buyer," and may sell the house to me at a "higher price."
In short, David Weekly Homes has used its wrong installation of tile to basically extract more money from me or to sell the house to others for a higher price.I feel the treatment accorded to me by David Weekly Homes is unconscionable. It appears Weekly
Homes has built in way out, so they cannot or will not complete the contract as agreed.
MY family and I had been waiting for 8 months for this house to be completed and to move into it.I and my spouse have spent sobstantial time in the building process of the house. We request
you to look into this matter on our behalf and please help us
straighten this matter and move into this house.
My purpose of filling this report is for the sake of the public so that no one else be subjected to the extreme emotional trauma that has been suffered by me and my family, largely due to David
Weekly Homes' insensitivity and greed.
