OMG! The same thing happened to me!
I also found out that David Weinstein of Cherry Hill is notorious for scams and was convicted by the state of Florida for insurance fraud:

He and his wife Corine have been on the run for a while now. They are trying to sell these "blocks" with their broker Penny from Atlantic Business Brokers guaranteing a certain cash flow but it is really no more than a Ponze scheme. They guaranteed me certain number of billing clients, collection clients, and transcirption clients that would guarantee all of this cash flow but 1 month later, after I coughed up $75, 000, they announced they were selling the business to a shady character named Jay Ready who never delivered on hte rest of th e contracts! And of course David and corine claimed that they never had anything to do with it. I got 14 collection clients, 2 transcription clients, and zero billing clients. These people need to be shut down and arrested at once!

This is a completely false and bogus complaint. I have never met a person named John from New York. I a permanent address and never been "on the run" (been in the same area for over 20 years). I am in the process of having this bogus complaint removed. I find it interesting that there is no last name, address, or phone number where this person can be reached. However, it is my understanding that rip off report keeps track of IP addresses.
This is probably posted by a competitor since proprietary information is routinely sought after.
Also I find it interesting where names of companies and individuals are incorrectly spelled.
