Complaint Review: David Whetzel

We listed our rental property on Zillow. After about a week we got a call from an anonymous source claiming that David Whetzel is using our address and placing #0 then adding the city, state and zip code. After reviewing the information on Zillow I noticed he claimed that he owns the house and not just our house many others. Unfortunately he doesn’t own our house, I own the house. If you Google this (804) 293-0952 OR EMAIL ME AT davidwhetzel56@outlook.com you will find his scams.

So I started to do a little digging and had found out some interesting information. Here is the conversation from 804-293-0952 after I had called him and left a message.

Hello, this is Mr Conner, the landlord of the property you're inquiring about. You can go do a drive-by any time you want so you can see the exterior parts of the house. When do you want to move into the house?

I would have loved to show you the inside of the house but i'm not in the state right now. I was transferred to our new church in Ohio and i had to leave with the keys and documents of the house

You can go to the house to see the exterior parts of the house. But for you to see the interior parts, I will need to send you the keys and documents of the house via FedEx so you can take a look at the inside of the house, understand?

How are you doing today? We are pleased that you have an interest in our house. My house is still available for rent, and all i want is someone who I can put my trust in and a God-fearing person. I rented my house to some families and i must say am really disappointed in them. They claim to be very neat and honest, and also they could not afford to pay the rent for 4 months, which is very bad. Utilities are included except for the cable and internet that you will be handling yourself and Pets are allowed in the property.
