I too was ripped off by Davison Inventegration AKA Davison Designs. January 2005, I was given this name from a good friend which so happens to be an State Police C.I.D Division. I has been very skeptical of who I turned this idea over to so I actually sat on it for several years.

My friend CONVINCED me to contact this company because he too had a relative in college also submitted his idea to this company & they were in the final stages of making him an offer. Since my friend was a police officer I figured he must have checked all of this out for his relative before sitting me out to the DAVISON WOLVES-I recieved my sketch package drew my idea up & faxed it to Davison.

I was contacted by BRIAN GIERCZYNSKI telling me he has talked to the owner Mr. Davison & they wanted to move forward with my idea & I need $685.00 for research & patent fees & to see if my idea was an original- So i gave them my debit card information. Few weeks later i got a thick binded book put together by their company telling me my product was a GO.

I recieved many more phone calls from Mr. Gierczynski saying they were in the process of finding a potential company & came up with REMINGTON & they sent me royalty papers explaining how much they would get for my idea & that my "prototype" would cost $30,000.00 to make & I needed about 7,000.00 to help absorb the cost they were having to pay to get my prototype ready for presentation. Said REMINGTON only deals with inventions that are introduced as a working prototype.

I feel like such a fool I ran all over town telling everyone that my idea was picked up by a major company & they would see my product hit the shelves by Christmas according to BRIAN. After the constant phone calls from BRIAN hounding me for money, he finally said I needed $1,000 & make out payment arrangemants for the rest.

After I firmly told him I was no longer employed & I did not have that kind of money, nor if I came across it that I would not be so willing to give it to him. Due to current circumstances I was unemployed. I never recieved a phone call or letter from that company again. All I have to show for this stupid thing I fell for is a bunch of papers from these people.
