Complaint Review: Davis Roofing

Davis Roofing on Palos Height, IL is were I thought I was going to get stand up service. However, the was they last thing I got. When the salesmen frist game ot my hom eto estmate he was very professional got my buisness right away. However, when coming back for me to sign the proposel and get my down payment the gentlemen seemed intoxicated, tierd, non proffessional ald not to mantion very late for. I then had questions following the signing and it took multiple attempts to get a hold of the sales rep. Its seems as thought once they got your money you are on the bottom of importance. After getting a hold of someone they were very rude. I finally got my roof after months of waiting. I couldn't belive it even the crew was rude. I then contacted the manager/owner and he was just as rude. A couple months later I had a leak in my roof that they gaurantee and it took me another couple weeks to get someone to come out.I just could belive the service from a once respect company, but the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, the owner had the same attitude.
