Chad Davis took my Samsung Plasma TV set in November of 2008 to repair lines in the screen. I got it back six months later. There was no picture and no sound. He promise to give me a new TV and admitted that he had damaged it. It is July, 2009. I have received nothing even after calling him 15 times per month for over 4 months. He has made no effort to make this situation right even after he agreed to give me a new TV. His store is now closed. Other consumers are looking for him. He has ripped off many customers and I am not sure whether or not he is even in business anymore. He will not return my phone calls.
