I am entitled to one eye exam and one pair of glasses a year. For several years I experienced delays in the eye glass delivery. At first, I blamed it on the Optician. However, due to numerous repeated incidents with delays exceeding a month, and by using different reputable optical stores. I found that the problem is because of Davis Vision Inc.

The lag between eye exams has increased over the time. Davis Vision Inc. counts 365 days before allowing for a new eye exam and the same for eye glasses. The delays in delivery adds up and in other word the patient gets one pair of eye glasses every 13 or more months. Rather than the contractual 12 Months.
