I contacted the Davison company via the internet, and began discussions with them, I got ahold of a Jason Silliman yet ANOTHER director of new product development, and he proceeded make me feel like if I didn't have the $685 in within the week I would miss my boat.

I was also promised that once the $685 was paid, all fees beyond that was "pro-bono", then I found this site, which led me to check the BBB, and the FTC and then I found tons more complaints, and they all seem to read the same. I contacted Mr.Silliman about these conerns and as you predicted he had a speil ready about the BBB and FTC, something to the effect that because they were not a member of the BBB, they were always subject to negative reports.

I also called him out on the money they would later ask for, and he seemed to forget all about telling me he had said "pro-bono" and when I asked him about that, no answer, but a swift subject change. I am spooked, these people will not see my money.

He also said that his company was preparing legal action against this site for extorsion, because he said the owner of this site contacted him to get money to have the negative reports removed. I dont know the validity in this, but seeing as how the rest of the script went as promised, I belive the rest would follow suit.

I have found a similar company, which has no complaints registered here, and is listed as a preferred member of the BBB. Which I am awaiting word from.

Thanks for saving me and my investors time and money.

an update. send me "things" to help "ease my concerns"

Shortly after confronting Mr.Silliman with the accusations seen here, and after hearing his speil about how all of these people are just bitter because their invention did not sell, and how because they were not a member of the BBB they get picked on, and after me telling him flat out, if he wanted my $685 he would have to PROVE without a doubt to me this was not a scam, he stated he would send me "things" to help "ease my concerns"

But if he did not receive anything by Thursday (07/07/05) he couldn't help me any further. As expected I have not received anything, not a letter, a package, a phonecall nothing. I told him flat out if he was going to ask me for an excessive amount of money later he was wasting his and my time, because I did not have the money nor the resources to get that kind of money, and I belive at that moment is when our buisness relationship ended, thus proving the validity of all of the posts here.

Mr.Silliman however did not get the pleasure of berating me and talking over me, as I am a master of that myself, and he found out real quick he was dealing with a superior adversary who would not be bullied. Stand up to these a-holes and they will back down 10 out of 10 times, par for the course for con artists.
