Corrupt Companies

I am in the process of doing business with this company; however after reading some of these reports I have decided to end my relationship with these cons. I'm just glad I followed my brother in laws advice (he's a lawyer) and sent him a copy of my idea so it would be postmarked at an earlier date than when I approached Davison's organization for help?
