I knew it sounded fishy but i did not have the time to do anything about my invention, I guess now i will have to sweat and make the time and do it myself since nobody can be trusted theese days! Thank you all for this site!!!!

Question on this subject

My question or concern is...

1) The letter that they give you to fill out and sign. Is that bullcrap?
2) Isn't your signature and date upon your idea supposed to be persay "This is my idea and no one can take it without my consent?"

I've read in others as to where you need to give money to make money. True but...
That's why there are "investors" out there that are willing to take that chance.

They see your idea put up the money and you pay them back with high interest. That's how they make their money. With you getting paid also.

Although I may not be as wise, but covering your bases is always a good thing.

After all doesn't the company who's over looking your idea to submit it to other major companies get paid also? So they're not going to hassle over a project that they know won't go through and wastes everyone's time.

Somewhere some business is getting things done, since there are brand new products on the market.

retract it would be like the residents of berlin watching the berlin wall fall

due to unsubdued pressure from their lawyers, and as much as i personnally would love to see their empire fall (it would be like the residents of berlin watching the berlin wall fall)i need to worry about my kids. so i must retract my previous statements.

my own personal opinion (still legal to share!!)is that if you have a good idea, that you think is worth money patent it yourself first hire a patent lawyer find out if its patentable and secure it yourself then send it to whatever company you so desire. that way at the end of the day it's still yours.

remember the world is full of lawyers and used car dealers just looking for a way to scam you out of your money.

i'm not directing this at any particular company for obvious reasons cause lets face it there are millions of them out there, i see them on tv every day.

but likewise don't sit on it because of the billions of people in this world your not gonna be the first to have the idea and your not gonna be the last it is the people that use stragities that get the upper hand...

Being sued I swear 90% of the named information is true and I intend to hold my ground on this matter

I am currently being sued by the named company for my information, I swear 90% of the named information is true and I intend to hold my ground on this matter, a few things I said were blown out of proportion however. my personal OPINION is that I would PERSONALLY never use this or any other company to produce any of my own ideas or any of my friends ideas.

Last time I checked opinions were still legal to share. I have been building ideas and helping others with their since I was 10 years old.

Apparently in this letter they say I made fradulent claims and gave away trade secrets.

But you have to understand that the reason I am an ex-employee is because my manager told me to chose between my children and my job there. He claimed also that he missed his childrens birthdays and his birthday because of the job and I was expected to do the same.

Buyer Beware

one thing i can tell you is that this company is a twiseted thing on the inside as well as the part you have seen. i have seen the process your inventions go through to get to a finished product from the designers reconception of your idea to the final prototype build, i wouldn't be at all suprised if i had worked on some of your prototypes. let me personally appologize for the poor quality of the finished products, in the prototype department they are expected to produce between 3 and 5 finshed prototypes a day, in an alotted 10 hour day. needless to say the quality is not good and the numbers are. as for the money when they told me that some people paid $10,000 + for some of those things my mouth dropped, and one last thing i must warn you about is that your idea isn't just your idea, they make subtle changes on ideas and market them to other companies for other people. i cannot count the number of times that the exact same project passed through the proto-dept each time with a different housing or just painted a different color..
