Davison Inventegration Company is no better than a Snake Oil salesman. I have paid my $685.00 and they wanted additional monies to advance my invention idea.

There is a four tier Retainer & Royalty agreement that you have to enter into, in order to have your idea taken to further fruition.

Option 1: $165.00 U.S. dollars per hour plus expenses
Option 2: $13,096.00 U.S. dollars and the originally agreed upon 10% of any future royalties as contained within the Contingency Agreement.
Option 3: $11,015.00 U.S. dollars and an additional 5% royalty assigned to Davison.
Option 4: $8,858.00 U.S. dollars and an additional 10% royalty assigned to Davison.

These monies are an insult to an average working person such as myself. The normal person does not have that type of money in the bank, as most of us are living paycheck to paycheck.

I have never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life! I just want my $685.00 back! Especially after finding out that the FTC sued Davison and entered a $26 million dollar judgement against Davison in March 2006.

Well, as of today my paperwork still has not arrived from Davison. I have been in contact with an attorney associated with the $26 million dollar lawsuit involving Davison. Hopefully I will get some satisfaction.

Thank you for this information about how to get reimbursed. I posted my complaint in May 2005. I do hope I can get refunded. I know, don't hold my breath. Again, thank you for this information.

Davison Inventegration Scam

#5Author of original report

I called on 4/25/06 and spoke with Sean Jones, "Senior Director of New Products" to advise him that I had not received my paperwork to terminate my relationship with their company.

He then replied that "your paperwork had been mailed". I told him that it had been two weeks and I should have received it by now. Mr. Jones, at that point, got very defensive and nasty. He then replied, "I can't help that the postal service has not delivered your papers". Then he told me to call at the end of the week to let him know if I had received my papers, at which time he would copy them again and courier them out to me. I left him a voicemail on Friday. We will see tomorrow, what is going to be the outcome.

Davison fined 26 Million Dollars by the FTC

#5Consumer Suggestion

Please file your complaints and file for reparations refund to either www.ftc.gov or to sbalster@ftc.gov

the sbalster email address is lead attorney stephen balster. He was the lead federal prosecuting attorney who was in charge of the federal litigation proceedings against Davison. At this time, Davison again is attempting to stall reparations payments. They have countered Judge Lancaster's decision of 26 million and want to only pay $8 million. They have until May 17, 2006 to pay the federal fine. The federal government will then set up a reparations account for reimbursement. When sending an email, state your full name, address, all contact numbers and amount.

Hope this helps. Best of luck getting your money back. Davison swindled 13k out of me. I look forward to getting my money back. all the best.
