First of all thank God there are people who take the time to do something like this. What a relief...wow!
It is the same story here,I did not send them any ($685.00)yet...hahaha.

My "Director of the new products"name is Richard Smith and from the day one we started talking about my idea he was avoiding my very direct questions about money.
It is now 3 a.m and I am so glad now I can get a good night sleep and I don't have to think about them anymore.
I've spent the whole week trying to find out more about this company, of course I wasn't going to send them any money soon ,but at the same time they made me really think about it, seriously.

My concern is that it is very difficult to find information like this about this company...how many more people have to lose their sleep thinking about manifacturers like them when we as inventors have so much to think about.

What a shame...I am so very sorry for all of you people who already have fallen in their traps and I hope with all my heart that you'll get your money back.
And what about the "confidential sketch" how can we save our time and energy consuming ideas. If anyone has any ideas please don't hesitate to post them here.

Richard Smith is going to give me a call on Thursday, March 10th and I am so "looking forward "to his call, but this time I am the one who's saying this and not him.
Thank you and God Bless you all! I might spent the $700.00 for the patent and prototyping of my idea I am sure I'll even have some money left to spent on cosmetics....hahahahaaa

InventorEd is doing something about this problem

#2Consumer Suggestion

Thu, March 17, 2005

I am the Executive Director of www.InventorEd.org. InventorEd www.InventorEd.org is an IRS approved 501 (c) 3 non profit whose
mission is to educate aspiring inventors.

We aggressively fight invention promotion fraud. Every year thousands of aspiring inventors are victims of invention promotion fraud. Collectively they lose over $300 million dollars a year. Most people so victimized take three to five years to discover what has
happened. To see if you are using a questionable invention promotion company go to www.InventorEd.org/caution.

Information for new inventors is available at www.InventorEd.org/novice/.

InventorEd-L hosts a number of discussion groups for inventor-entrepreneurs.
Inventors-L is for general discussions about how to proceed with your invention.

If you have been suckered by an invention promoter and are looking for help
in recovering your money or simply to shut down the promoter you should join
our fraud discussion group, Scammed@InvEd.org and follow the directions at
www.InventorEd.org/scam/ to file complaints.

Follow the directions to subscribe at: http://www.inventored.org/forums/.

You can make a difference. If you want to play a role in crimping the style of invention promoting frauds please volunteer. We will show you how to gather information and we have contacts with numerous agencies to place that information.

Please remember that InventorEd is a non profit which depends on volunteers and donations. If you lack money remember that your contribution of time is just as valuable as money.

Please consider both. www.InventorEd.org/donate/
