For some reason, I cannot get back into the original ripoff report to file an update on this case so I am filing a new one. Please refer to the other report for prior activity and history.
I and others need your help in locating Ms. Davis. She has arrest warrants outstanding now in three states. She is continuing her activity in scamming people on phony real estate investment deals. Please call your local police department about any contact that you have with her. She is bad news and needs to be off the streets.
Her mode of operation is that she and her mother (Gwendolyn Davis) put on a Christian front to lower your suspicion guard. Then Dawn starts working her "special deal" that she and a select group of investors have going and asks if you would like to be a part of the group. DO NOT take the bait! Everything that she does is fraudulent and deceptive and used solely to con you out of your money.
