Complaint Review: Dawn Sanford Heavensent Shih-tzus

Everyone on this thread needs to watch out for someone in Texas who pretends to be thier friend.

I sued Dawn and appeared in the Third District, Salt Lake County, Small Claims Department. In Salt Lake City, Utah.

I did win my case. I won a X amount of dollars. Dawn did not even show up. She may not have had the money or she may not have had the means because she was or still is, I am not sure, under investigation with her state social services.
She is now working with Karen Christensen and several others trying to promote a new club.
Please steer clear of her and anything, or anyone she associated herself with, for fear that they share they same ethics.

Dawn still owes people money and papers.

None of the dogs that Dawn ownes, that are of breeding age were breed by her. All of her lines she has aquired from other breeders. So Dawn's lines are pure because of someone elses practices, not her own. She may have a few she is barely able to breed, but after all of the Heaven Sent Shih Tzu issues, will she be able to sell and keep producing her "own lines".

I do know where all the puppies are that I have sold and none of them have ended up in a shelter or KILLED as you have stated. I do not generally sell my puppies as breeders they go to forever homes on spay and neuter contracts or they are spayed or neutered before they leave here. I do not promote bad breeding but I do promote the betterment of the breed. I know my lines of breeding and I have improved on them and I have never purchased a puppy or dog from a puppy mill or auction. I will not buy a puppy that has lines that I do not know and I will not buy a puppy that does not compliment my breeding lines. So I have nothing to be concerned with when it comes to the health and quality of my lines.

Dawn how do you know where i got my dogs??? the only contact i have ever had with you is buying 2 dogs... 1. has no papers just as you described because of your ignorance... and YES dawn you owe me $1500.00!!! as of March 3rd,2005 and i have not seen it yet..

and 2. a dog you forged Jane Rich's name on to sell to me... and let me tell you... if it wernt for the friendship that Jane and I have established you would be in court again on felony charges this time Dawn for forgery so you better count you ONE lucky star... why dont you tell your readers about that...thats how dawn got her dogs ... she is co-owner of her dogs with Jane Rich, Rich Kennels, these dogs were given to dawn by Jane so that she could get Dawn out of her life... she did not build her kennel she was given her kennel she is not full owner of her dogs... as she has led us to believe she "HAS TO GET JANES SIGNATURE FIRST B4 SHE COULD GIVE US (THE OTHERS THAT SHE SOLD TO)OUR PAPERS... LIES LIES LIES LIES AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN...

I have all my registeration papers Dawn... All of my dogs are standard size and not one of my females is over 15 pounds...which makes for a good breeder and my males are all under 12lbs. which again makes for a beautiful standard or smaller puppy. but again this is not something i need for you to know dawn again you have NO CLUE. All of my dogs have come from reputable breeders except for one...the one i bought from you!!!!!!!!! But Dawn I have nothing to prove to you!!!!!!!!!!!!Or anyone else for that matter because all of my dogs are sold with papers the day the dog is taken from my kennel... hum... ive never had a dog returned to me and i do have return customers i can prove it... but again i'll tell you Dawn I HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE ... I have already been given a puppy by Jane that is 100% better dog that anything dawn has in her yard. and i do mean yard literally... she has no kennel she lets her dogs run free together... If you have one of her dogs i would recomend that you DNA that dog. and as soon as i get my $1500.00 that i gave you back i will have several more...have a nice day Dawn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh one more thing dawn... you will never get the judge to tell you you can have my dog back... I sure do hope i get to stand in front of Judge Waters with you!!!!!!!!!! He knows you well!!!!!!

Tammy purchased a dog from you...that entitles her to papers for her dog as much as the next person.

You KNEW she did this and you sold her a dog anyway? Since YOU are the seller, YOU have compounded the problem.

I have only purchased from a breeder once and the papers were handed to me on the day I picked up my companion animal so that I could register him. The papers actually meant little to me...I did not breed him. He was neutered as soon as the vet would do it.

You're kidding, right? The Great Responsible Breeder is assisting someone in breeding dogs that came from an auction? You KNEW in advance that these dogs were obviously not up to standard, and you not only assisted her in breeding them...you ADDED one of your dogs and your line to this disaster?

You need to step back and look in the mirror, Dawn. Your actions IN YOUR OWN WORDS, make you a Bad Breeder. Where are all of the dogs that you have bred and sold? Is your line as pure as when you started? How many of your line are sitting in shelters or rescues? How many have been euthanized, oh let's just use the real word...KILLED because of bad breeding practices of the person you sold your dogs to?

This is exactly why Rip Off Report exists. Anyone looking at breeders can see exactly what you do and exactly what other Bad Breeders do with their lines.

Tammy Johnson will not ever see the papers for her dog since she got a money judgement and not a judgement for her papers. I have this judgement on appeal since I am entitled to get my dog back if I am to give her the full refund for the dog. Tammy Johnson was not forced into buying the puppy the day that she did and she knew that day that the puppies papers were not done yet. As for moral fiber Tammy needs to take a look at herself since she is a name caller and a bad irresponsible back-yard breeder.

I tried to help Tammy since she started her breeding group with a bunch of 16 pound dogs that she bought from an Auction.

She has no idea what is in her lines and if she is bettering the breed. She does not care she just wants to make money that is why she breeds her girls on their first heat and that is way wrong and bad for the poor puppy.

Tammy bred the puppy I sold her at 7 months that poor girl was not even done being a puppy before she was having puppies. That is so wrong and inhumane I consider that animal abuse!

I am appealing the judgement and when it is all done in the courts then and only then will I post about the judgement again.

Tammy Johnson is a very bitter woman since all she can do is call names. All my litters are registered. She did get a judgement for cash and that means she does not get the papers that is why she does not have them to date like everyone else. She tried to trick me into giving them to her but that did not work.

Tammy Johnson breeds her females on their first heat and that is inhumane and wrong as a responsible breeder. I am appealing to get the dog back from her or the judgement dropped. Tammy will never see the papers for the dog that she got from me.

She knew the day she picked up the dog that the papers were not ready so she did not have to take the dog when she did and she had not finished paying for her till she picked the puppy up. She was under no obligation to take the puppy when she did.

Tammy Johnson will never be satisfied with any outcome since she is a bitter woman. I tried to help her since she bought her starter dogs from Kennel Sell Out Auctions and they were all huge dogs that were over 12 pounds. I would never buy someones culls or throw aways as breeders like she does. That only brings about bad breeding practices.

This whole Rip Off Report is a complete load of crap and this is not here for info it is here for people like Tammy Johnson who can only promote bad breeding pratices and back biting attacks.

Dawn Sanford has not given me papers on my dog I purchased from her on June 26th 2004 of which I paid her 1500.00 for a full AKC registration. I had to sue dawn and go figure the litter was registered within 5 days. I believe she has completed the registration for all other owners of the ONE litter that I sued her for except for me. The Judgement was in my favor and Dawn Sanford is required to give me my money back and has fail to satisfy the judgement to date. Do not do business with Dawn Sanford Heavensent Shih-Tzus of Clever Mo. She has no moral fiber in her fat body. The only reason I do not have my papers is because I was the one that finally took her to court after dealing with her for 9 months trying to get her to take care of her business. she had all my money PAID IN FULL............... DO NOT SEND THIS WOMAN ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the people that were entitled to their registration papers have recieved them and are all satisfied. So NOW what do you have to say Angela since all your rantings and ravings have been unfounded.

So, Dawn, Were are the papers? Because Jane doesn't have them. Sounds like you are still trying to put the blame on someone else. Do you have proof from the post office that you sent them, I hope you do, otherwise court is going to be looking pretty sorry for you on Thursday.

All of the litters are registered and they are waiting for JANE RICH to sign off on them so that they can be sent out to the owners of the puppies.
