We signed up for a tour package to drive 5 exotic cars for a day with several other couples its 650.00 dollars per couple (driver and rider)and you have to pay up front to book a sat or sunday to go. Well we set a sat took off work to go friday night that eve day before we get a call that they cant do the your that day, because they didnt have enough people to go so they asked us to reschedule for next sat and promised it would be worth it...

So we did and I changed my schedule around and set it for the following sat..Well what do ya know that friday eve we got another phone call from Ian with Daydreamin exotics leaving us a message that the tour was cancled again for tomorrow and asked if we coulld do next sat.At this point we had enough and called them and demanded a refund ofcourse we did not recieve a call back and after a week checked our bank stament and the charge had went through for somthing we never got to do.

We called them a few more times and no response finally called and acted like we wanted to sign up for a tour, got somone on the phone and asked for our money back he said it was taken care of. So far it hasn't been charged back so we are in the proccess of disputing the charge with our bank. So if anyone is looking to do this tour to drive these nice cars for a day, ya it looks fun but after 3 weeks of nothing but a tease its just not worth your time or money!

Unfortunately, much of what Cruz from Saratoga springs wrote was correct. At Day Dreamin Exotics, we run Day Tours with our fleet of 5 exotic cars. We schedule one driver for each car. In the event some one cancels we have the Tour Host drive one of the cars and it's no problem. Two cancellations, however, prevent us from running the tour, because each participant would not get to drive all 5 cars. We have participants pay in full up front so as to minimize cancellations.

In the three months we have have been running tours, we have rescheduled only twice. By coincidence, Cruz was scheduled on both of those tours. It did take us a few days to return their phone call. We can see how they were frustrated and we gladly refunded their money THE VERY DAY WE SPOKE WITH THEM. We even refunded the NON-REFUNDABLE $50 booking fee. We do not know nor have any control of how long it takes the merchant account or their bank to reflect the refund, but the refund was given in a timely manner.

Of the people what have participated in our Day Tours, we have 100% satisfaction. We have amazing testimonials on our website: www.DayDreaminExotics.com. We feel bad for Cruz that they missed out on the opportunity of a lifetime to drive cars most people only dream about.
