The General Manager had our confirmation number and name it was under but told us that it was for another date. We tried to explain that there had to be some data entry error. She didn't care and it wasn't any of her concern.

We were there for a Woman of Faith Conference with 20,000 other woman there wasn't any other hotel in the city to go to. She knew this. We asked if she had another room first she said no then after bagging she said she did but it would cost double what we were quoted.

The room that we had reserved was two double beds for $74.95. The room we got was one King bed and a smoking room for $149.90 now we were staying there for 2 full nights. This reservation was placed two months in advance to make sure we had a room.

The general manager told us that we were being rude and she didn't have to let us stay at that hotel. Then she made us wait for 45 mins before we could get our key to the room. We had to be at our conference within the hour.

According to the other front desk person (very nice girl) this is the way this General Manager treats everyone and that she did it to many other woman that day.
