Daystar Chihuahuas Lied and Cheated. Didn't fulfill contract. Fresno California
In May of 2003 I bought a chihuahua puppy from Daystar Chihuahuas. I signed a contract that stated I would get the AKC papers "when available." Apparently they never became available because I never got them. Despite NUMEROUS attempts to contact Rob Wyer by telephone, e-mail and regular mail, I never heard back from him. I contacted the American Kennel Club to notify them of a breeder who was not honest and did not honor a written contract. There was nothing they could do. I realize that "when available" is very ambiguous, but at the time I purchased the puppy that meant that they would one day be available. Here it is over 5 years later and I still never heard from Rob Wyer or received my puppy's AKC papers. This could be a lie, but Rob Wyer told me her worked for the probation department. I wonder if they know someone is working for them who has such shady business practices? Since probation officers are considered law enforcement, you would think they would be held to a higher standard. Rob Wyer has proven himself to be a liar and a cheat.
