Daystar Marketing used very pushy sales tactics to get us to agree to a Rainsoft Water softening system and air purification system.  We denied the sale and they came to install it without anyone's expressed consent and due to an communication problem between my husband and I we allowed the installation.  When we realized what they did we called to tell them to remove it immediately.  A sales manager came out to promise us the sky if we'd just agree to keep the system.  We litterally hand-picked our payment amount and got a significant discount on the system.  So we agreed.  We were told we'd have lifetime free service, which turned out to be false.  They system is useless, and Daystar sold our financing to a different company without our knowledge or permission and we started getting extraordinary financing fees.  This new finance company also filed a UCC statement with our county and has been harassing us with illegal collection practices.  This whole situation has been a nightmare.  Daystar Marketing should be shut down and it's employees incarcerated, for they are nothing short of criminals.
