I arrived on June 05,2009 for a 2 night stay,I was not asked when i made reservations, smoking or not, keep in mind i have been there many times, after getting to our room it was a no smoking room, but not a problem>We don;t smoke in our home , as i have oxygen, The room was smelly and the windows with the ocean view was dirty,i used a candle for the smell, we moved to a bigger room and one that i being disbaled i could go to the patio, as checking in the room the front a/c did not work and the patio door leading to the second floor graden from our room would not lock

This report is hard to understand what the "RipOff" is.

"...smoking or not, keep in mind i have been there many times, after getting to our room it was a no smoking room, but not a problem>We don;t smoke in our home , as i have oxygen..."
- So did want a Non-Smoking Room and didn't get one, or did you get a Smoking Room but wanted Non-Smoking.

"...we moved to a bigger room..."
- So since you didn't get the room you wanted they moved you to another room.

"..and one that i being disbaled i could go to the patio.."
- So your complaint here is that you COULD go to the patio? Since you have stayed there before has this been an issue in the past when you have had rooms with patios.

"...as checking in the room the front a/c did not work and the patio door leading to the second floor graden from our room would not lock.."
- These two are actually issues. Did you inform them of this so that they could be fixed?
