I purchased 2 trial period Dazzle Smiles on the internet for 1.99 for one and 2.99 for the other.  According to the text once you receive you have 14 day trial period. 

I even received a call approx 7 days later and I spoke to the woman and said that I had ordered but still had not received my item.  I asked her to confirm if the 14 day trial starts once i get it, she said oh yes.

Very wrong.  According to the operator I called, after I received my item on 11-11th after ordering it on 10-29th I was past the Trial period date and would be charged $82.65 but could return the new item and get a credit minus return free in 30 days on my credit card.  I was also informed that I should mail the item back via insurance and tracking number. I told this person that i spoke on the phone and they said no the trial period starts when I receive it.  She said I agreed to terms so that doesn't matter. I would still be charged.

I had also on 10-29-09 ordered my sister the Premium White which actually never came but the operator said that I would be charged $97.97. That they don't want their trial item back but would still charge me $97.97.

What i nightmare.  This item received acclaim.  I assume we all feel taken and have been extorted for money.

DO NOT BUY DAZZLE SMILE OR PREMIUM WHITE OR ANY PRODUCT LIKE THIS.  DO NOT PURCHASE A FREE TRIAL BECAUSE IT IS NOT FREE.  IT IS NOT A TRIAL PERIOD.

one company is in Colorado, the other is in Texas.
