Complaint Review: Dazzle Smile Pro

Dazzle Smile - Pro Dazzle White Con game. Ordered a 14-day trial for $4.95 S&H and next thing I know I am billed $58.09 and today I'm charged a different amount under Ulti Fresh Well @ 866-948-5508 according to my bank Internet

Based on the above information on the Dazzle Smile Pro website one would not expect to be ripped off so blatantly.
 
When the product could not be located at any retail store I should have known something was up. 
 
I spoke with a very obnoxious person named Joe who was insistent that it is in the website that if you order and pay for the sample you are committing your self to an unending money stream (for them) unless you return the product. Where do I return it too? 
 
I did not use the sample and haven't even received additional product to get an address to send it back, why would I need to pay again (after the $4.95 S&H) to return something I never used in order to get these fraudulent charges removed.
 
Joe has definitely been trained well in how to be rude and refuse to listen.  I do plan to contact the above advertisers on this website to inform them of the con game.
