I will never call this company again, I'm so happy I found out about the company through searching their name in google before I bought any more.

I started calling the service 2 month ago when my wife and I decided to seperate.  I bought a 10 minute call and got charged 121.80 TWICE!!  I was obviously upset.  I called and wrote customer service several times with no avail, no one wrote back and no one called back.  I ended up having to call my credit card company and having the charge taken care of.  Low and Behold, 5 days later I get a call from Miss. Brandi Rothenburger the owner, herself.  She argued with me for a good 20 minutes calling me every name in the book, what a rude little piggy she is.  I was so sick and tired of dealing with her crap and I'm glad that I made that report with the bank.  It's crazy that companies are allowed to do this and get away with it.

Don't call this company, there are much better companies to call that have excellent customer service and actually write or call back when you have a dispute with billing.
