I bought what I thought was a cd-rom on how to find and prepare goverment grants for a one time charge of 1.98 on 6/11/09. The company that billed me was not named Grant Writing Express but DBWgrantexpress they then billed me an additional 3.73 with the name DBWbuyhomesebook. I have not been able to speak with anyone. I found out that what I thought was a cd-rom insteat was a membership to What I do not know. I did see a place where I could cancel this "membership" but I have yet to speak to anyone at the company.
