Complaint Review: DCG Marketing/Topaz Promotions

I worked for this company run by Dave Glass and his wife Pamela for about three months! Initially I thought they were all lovely people but turns out they arent. They manipulate people into believing that they will be promoted to owners when actually there is no chance of that. The people who work there are absolute scum bags and have absolutely awful backgrounds-some of them even convicted criminals. They tell you that you are self-employed etc to get you to work for them because they make money from it but they force you to work nearly every day and all that you get is back-stabbing and people saying horrrible things about you when you arent there. Every single one of the people who work there are charmers and they use their sleazy charm to talk people into things. Im ashamed to say I ever worked there and I am so glad I have a degree and dont have to do things like that again in the future, its just not pleasant. You will be going around dodgy house-estating wearing embarassing red bibs pestering people in their homes while they get rich and you make very little money but you will be manipulated into thinking that you are making money when you arent. Here's the thing-Pam and Dave pretend to be great people but they arent, they arent nice at all and their absolute corporate greed is nothing but proof of that. They have good looks and charm but its only skin deep.
