Complaint Review: Dcl Env Inc

On April 11th i noticed an ACH websingle esafe payment of 19.95 being pending from my account. I called the bank and I said i did not authorize this transaction. Since the transaction hadn't been posted yet, there was nothing they could do. I called back the next day because that's when it was posted and I had it disputed. This morning, April 25 2008, I signed in to my online banking to check how much money I had. I noticed a check was posted on my account. I do not have a check book, i use my debit card for everything, so I thought this was strange. It was for the amount of 19.75 payable to DCL, ENC, INC once again called the bank and since it had happened to me twice they advised me to close my account.

Since I pay all my bills (cable, electric, ect) I thought it was just some program to make sure my account was safe, but I had never agreed to the deductions, so I was mad, but then I called the number that was on the memo line and it just goes straight to recording and says to leave a message but I refuse too.

I feel very violated and worried that this could be ID theft.
