I am another victim of this scam. They took my money and my personal information, including my social security number, past addresses and a photo copy of my drivers license. They promised me things that I never recieved. Everytime I call I get an answering machine and never receive any messages back. I was denied a refund because of the time lapse of when I started using them. The time lapse came from them never answering their phones or returning my phone calls.
After further investigation of one of the owners Deborah Koltavich I have found out that she is a very busy woman. She is an architect, a home designer, a loan officer, a real estate agent and she does credit repairs. She does everything but answer a d**n phone or return messages. I strongly believe that this company is affiliated with some kind of a identity theft ring. They are probably giving immigrants false identification as one of their other occupations.
Please do not deal with these people. Please do your homework. Research any company you deal with when it comes to your personal information, like credit. If you have also been a victim of this company, Please, report it to the better business bureau (BBB), as I have done. Also, the other thing that makes this place so suspicious is the fact that they keep moving around and changing thier name and using different emails, which makes it hard to find them on the better business bureau.

To Whom It May Concern:
While in search of retaining the most competent and trustworthy agent, my wife and I searched online, as well as requested referrals from friends and associates. An associate of mine had referred me to Debi Koltovich and Carissa Flint with DCR Capital. Upon receiving the details I searched the background for DCR and found them to have a wonderful reputation.
My family retained DCR Capital to help us restore our Credit score. Within one month we noticed our scores already increasing. The customer has been superior and we never had any problem getting in touch with our agent or their managers. We could not be happier with the services provided.
When we first contacted the DCR Capital, we spoke with Carissa Flint, who did a fabulous job explaining the service that would be provided to us and the process we would go through. We immediately scheduled an appointment and drove to their office Temecula , CA from the San Fernando Valley to meet with Carissa and Debi in person to assure that we would not be scammed like other fly-by-night companies were doing.
During our initial meeting with Debi and Carissa, they explained the process to us and made sure we were not guaranteed results or misled about the services, only what the worst case scenario would be versus the best case scenario for our specific situation. They took their time, answered all of our questions, and have only been kind and responsive to us throughout this stressful process.They provided us with over 200 cases that they had completed in the past year and we were able to see many different results for many different situations (Foreclosures, Bankruptcies, Collections, Medical Collections, late payments and inquiries). They were very honest and showed us that sometimes not every item is removed but that they would continue to work with us.
We applaud DCR Capital for its superior customer and outstanding work that they did for our family. Thankfully, we now have a credit score of no lower than 720 and we were able to refinance our home. This would have been impossible without the help of DCR Capital! I have already referred my In-laws, parents and siblings to DCR and will continue to spread the word about this outstanding company!
