I cancelled service with the company, and it was their duty to pick up equipment installed at the residence. Aftre several months, I received a bill for over $400.00 for the cost of the equipment. I attempte to e-mail the admin, and billing e-mail addresses at the business, only to find that they no longer use those e-mail addresses. (admin@dcwisp.net, and billing@dcwisp.net)

I went to their office, and was told that it just a mistake, and that someone should have come by. I watched the office woman put info into their system saying we were not liable,a nd that someone needed to pick up the equipment.

Now, many more months later, I have stopped receiving bills, but I have found that I have been turned in for collections for over $400.00. This constitutes a harassment as far as I am concerned, and a false submission for collections. The info is in their system, but we are being told that they cannot/ will not talk to us now that they have turned us in to collections. I want to sue....

As a fellow citized of the Fascist Triumvate of Douglas County, you don't have a chance with seeking justice in court. Signs should be posted at county lines informing "Your rights as an American Citizen end here."

My suggestion though is contact a real newspaper like the Roseburg Beacon and tell your experience and warn others off from the company. Your best chance for getting the collections removed is to give them negative press.

I was billed several thousands of dollars by Mercy Hospital for services I did not receive. All else failed but I was clear about the fact I would tell everyone and give them negative input. They decided to write it all off.

The County Commissioners here are all bought and paid for by the big money and interests. The average citizen doesn't count for squat.
