placed online order website said "free shipping" then at checkout showed no charge for shipping. confirmation email reveived showed no charges for shipping then 2nd email received when order shipped had $8.60 shipping on it---for 1xbox game?? email reply to inquiry about shipping was basically no refurn and we dont want you as a customer ---nice!
