Simon is an unethical business owner. He began as DDS Conveyor, Inc. He has a judgment against his company for over $250,000 in unpaid wages and overtime. He agreed to pay it and never did.

Then he established DDS Conveyor LLC and continued to do the same thing. He also took a ( approximately ) $30,000 deposit for a conveyor sysyem ans used the funds to pay some business and personal obligations. The customer found this out and hired another company to do the work. Sion agreed to pay back the monies but has yest to do so. His intent was to get another contract and use those funds to pay back the ripped off customer but has not done so yet. Then he established DDS Cnveyor & Automation, a sole proprietorship. He took a deposit from yet aother customer and used those funds once again to pay company and personal obligations.

In addition, Simon factored thousands of dollars of invoices. The customers sent Simon the payments in error, rather than the factoring company and he kept the funds for himself, now owing those thousands of dollars to the factoring company.

All the while, he transfers the assets of theold compaies to the new companies so no one can go after him. Invoices from the corporation are then transferred to the new company yet no obligations of the corporation are paid.
