Sounds to me that his mother may be a good outlet for you. Sounds like if you work with her, you may be able to get some things accomplished for your child's needs. Possibly your child could know that side of his family, while waiting for "dad" to grow up. I know love is hard to deal with, especially when they misrepresented themselves in the first place. But hang in there. Most men think it is ok to bash woman who had sex. They fail to realize the man was there just the same. I think they fail to think about what would happen to THEIR sex lives if the women actually listened to their "aftercare" advice and no longer had sex with them in the first place. I dont know a man in the whole world that would tell you that advice BEFORE he slept with you. Dont take it to heart what the ignorant men on here say. It is all about the children now, all of his children need to know one another, and be taken care of. In reality, if you all worked together peacefully your children would be well balanced, and they can figure out what type of a man their father is all by themselves. Think about your child with every step you take, and you will take the right steps in making a great life for you and your child.

I think I got your name right. Anyway, I don't agree with the other guys. They haven't been in your situation, they don't know. They need to get off their pedestals and come "down" to the level of HUMANS and realize that we ALL do dumb things. That gives Elijah NO RIGHT to be a deadbeat dad!!! And for him to be on state assitance? That means YOU and I are paying for him to live. And you guys are okay with that? You'd rather insult the mother that is actually taking care of her kid?? Come on, it IS her fault that she got pregnant - but it's NOT her fault that he's not helping her. He made the kid, too. Love makes you do stupid and crazy things. You can't keep holding her accountable for something she did a while ago.

Also, you all are too quick to assume things. You don't know what happened. It could have been protected sex! I got pregnant while on the shot (99.9% effective) and using a condom. I was married, but that's beside the point. Also, she COULD be in college, and working for all you know. Don't be so quick to jump on the bandwagon of people judging others. When you point one finger, you have three pointing right back atcha, buddy.

I take it there's a set of twins in there. Regardless, Elijah must have been one busy man. At the moment, I have a visual of 3 or 4 exceptionally dunce-like females all sitting around thinking they're THE one. I agree with the above posters. There's no sympathy to be had for any of the mothers involved. None. There is only sadness for the children who have no choice in any of it. You say you did not "plan" your son. Maybe now would be a good time for you to start doing that. Grow up, accept responsibility for your lack of it in the first place. Evidently, Elijah is not the only only who enjoys unprotected sex. You do too or you would have never allowed that to happen. Just because Elijah is a "deadbeat dad" doesnt mean you have to be a loser too. Elijah isnt a ripoff. He's just a player, and you played the game with him and lost. Don't be a sore loser.

The easiest way to prevent a pregnancy? Keep your legs crossed! Because you failed to take responsibility for yourself, please don't perpetuate this life style on your son. Perhaps it's time for you to take a look in the mirror and admit your mistakes--starting with inappropriate associations. A man(?) at the age of 23 with FOUR children? Get away from that crowd. Make something of yourself. There are plenty of programs available to you--furthering your education, job training, etc. Judging from the tenor of your Rip-Off Report, I lean toward the former. These are programs I, as a taxpayer, do not object to contributing to. However, I do object to pouring the money down an endless rat hole. But you've got to make the first step in the right direction. I agree with the previous poster...my sympathy is for the children involved, not the so-called adults.

You are quick to point out what a scumbag this man is, yet you had a child with him outside of marriage, knowing that he had done it previously with another woman? How dumb does thia make you?

Elijah has 4 children with 3 different women at the age of 23. He is irresponsible,undependable and a pathological liar. He does not take care of my son. Since my son was born, he only bought him a jacket. He did not see him for the 1st 3 months of his life, and the only reason he did after because his mother found out. He has'nt kept a stable job and is now living with his 1st child's mother to avoid having to pay her child support. Elijah and his 1st child's mother are currently living illegaly in a Section 8 apartment. He also is on welfare and everyday ripping of americans and his children by using the state to take care of him. If you see him or know some information that will help his son recieve any kind of help, please call the local authorities. *LADIES* This is for you!!!!!!!!!!!!! He likes unprotected sex and may have more than one partner.
