Complaint Review: De Lage Landen in Wayne PA

I worked as a "Contractor" for De Lage Landen in Pennsylvania for 7 months.  What a Nightmare!!!

This "Female" Manager needs to go back to Europe and take a class in how to manage people  . . . seeing she has no skills in this area!  Screaming at people in front of others is not exactly a professional manager . . . Rude!  This manager has nothing positive to say to anyone and she loves to prey on the negative . . . It's all what you didn't do! 

I worked long hours for this ignorant manager only to be snubbed at the end of my contract without any notice from a supervisor or this specific manager of the contract being ended on my last day of employment.  I was informed of my dismissal after I had left for the day and was told my personal items that were left there would be returned to me by the recruiter in charge.

How Ironic . . . This Company requires you give two weeks notice when leaving for another job opportunity but if you're a contractor you don't deserve any notice!

I would never want to work for this Company as an employee and as a contractor . . . I'm glad I'm out of that contracted job!
