Complaint Review: De Monaco Heritage Fund

I recieved a letter today from De Monaco Heritage Fund claiming the same thing as promised to others. I have been named to recieve a grant. It doesn't give the amount of the grant but it does say to send $25.00 for processing. What a scam. If they are willing to give me a large sum of money I don't understand why they just don't deduct it from the grant money. That is a big giveaway to me. In the past three weeks I have recieved so many letters about how I've won millions of dollars but I can't get the check until i send in $20.00 or $25.00 or $14.00. They are getting so rediculas. If you win something you should never have to send any money in to anyone. Is someone going to stop these people. What can we do to stop these scammers. There are people who will send in money thinking they won.
