I bought a van in August 2003, was told is was a demo, found out about a year later it was not a demo but used, have had numerous problems beginning a week after purchase, has been in repair shop more times than I can remember. Last month, May 2006, I had a Car Fax report done on my van, found that my van was a manufacturer buy back, contacted manufacturer, was told reasons for buy back & location of buy back, contacted the state where buy back took place & received all documents showing when & why buy back, these reasons are the same problems I have had & still have to this day. I cantacted dealership and have gotten no where, they keep telling me they will contact me in a few days to discuss the situation, well I am still waiting and nothing has been done to correct the problems. The papers I have state this van should not be allowed back onto the road, yet I was never told any of this by the dealer. How can something like this happen? I have missed countless days of work because of this van, have been stranded out of town, and have learned to not trust my van that is only a few years old.

Dealership finally saw the light! After 3 years of fighting back & forth, and obtaining records from other states and the manufacturer, the dealer decided it would be in their best interest to make me happy & pay off my van entirely.
