I booked a room here in February for a PBR trip that my family and I were taking in April. In early March my brother contracted Coronavirus and the entire household was put into self quarantine. 

I tried to call the hotel and explain the situation stating that I don't want to spread a disease that could be very contagious. The owner, Mary, said that she would not issue a refund and that we would have to either come to the hotel and use the room or don't come and still pay for the room. 

After continuously calling the travel company that we booked with and talking to Mary again, she eventually offered a partial refund for us but only if we could find someone to take over the reservation who would pay for the full booking on their end. We refused. 

As Coronavirus has worsened the booking agency required that the Hotel refund our money. If it weren't for them, my family would still be out the money for the room and this hotel would have profited on a room that went unused.
