 I interviewed with Marilyn L. Weber owner of Deaf Interpreter Services for a Videographer position. Marilyn lied about the rate of pay she agreed with the staffing agency Express Employment Professionals.  She said you become full-time after four months, but; their contract with the Department of Education will end in January. She even ask would you still be looking for a job and expect you to stay loyal to them with no guaranteed you will have a job when the contact ends.

She was secretive and not truthful and I was constantly mislead about a start dated that was pushed back almost two months. She never responded to emails after being hired.   Express Employment Professionals were totally clueless and never stayed in touch with Deaf Interpreter Services.  The staff that was hired was hanging in the lurch if we had jobs or not.  I called the contracts and acquisition division with the Department of Education in Washington D.C. and they said there was no contract with them or even when I called the Texas Education Agency. I told them I did not want the job after being strung along for weeks.
