Complaint Review: Deal Depot

I puchased a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer in October of 2010, the car's fuel pump was in need of repair from day one, it was never repaired after coutless repairs and fees associated with the fuel pump was never fixed after two and half years it was never fixed with car payments of 130 a week never missed a payment. So I repaired this jeep myself until I just had enough with deceptive, and preditory lending I traded it back in with the faulty fuel pump re-installed after paying upwards of 15,000 dollars for tihs car I was given nothing on trade towards a new vehicle I was reassured by the salesman my new car was in premium condition. My new car need brake calipers and roters to the tune of 600 dollars with the temporary tag still on the trunk!!! I was told my warrenty does not cover this only major parts a limited warrenty but presented as bumber to bumber up to 12,000 miles or 12 months so I paid for these repairs!!! less than a 1,000 miles I go to an independent machanic not thiers for the free oil change and discover the car has three severe oil leaks the oil plug has been grinded into the pan to decieve the common eye and cannont correctly be serviced with this issue along with a faulty fuel pump.

So I call and have to beg to be seen about this issue, I get there the customer service was more than beligerant ant the Owner who slogans I would'nt sale you a car I would'nt but my grandbabies in walks by does not offer any assistance whatsoever along with the service manger whom gladly has gotten nearly 20,000 dollars for lemons ignored my pressence. My supposed disgruntal account manager has me sit there after discouraging me to stay (like I'm not aware of there history IE the trade in) after seeing I'm not going to argue but sit diligently until the issues resolves has my car taked to a shop to be evaulated this only took thirty minutes and I saw no shops within distance for this to have happened comes back and anounces I have and oil leak. Informs me that the car will be repaired under warrenty but I am responsible for for half the parts and labor a limited warrenty not what is advertiesed and the car is highly financed because I'm a high credit risk after three years really, and that gives to the right to charge me three times the car's value in mint condition and it's barely running!!! The legal thievery of it all preditory lending.

So now I must wait for and estimate to know how much I am to pay for the repairs and be without a vehicle for at leasst four to five days but still make weekly payments so unlce bob out back can some what fix the vehicle and I pay him for sabatoging the vehicle again. There are no affordable decent cars at the place you get the run around and rudeness for any service other than handing them money for lemons. I don't mind paying more for having bad credit but if the car is as is that should be stated. They are a well oiled machine in the art of praying on ordinary people by appealing to them as a family business that just wants to sell cars, not rip people off. Trust me the Escalade the owner drove looked safe for her grandchildren not babies however, mine is not. Please read and take note any car lot will gladly let you pay a larger down payment for a vehicle that is not misrepresented don't wast your money. Because, I could own two fairly new cars for the almost 20,000 grand I have paid to have a ten year old car that has been rigged enough to get you off the lot and out thier lives!!! I have 33 additionl months of payments of 460 to own it I'm sure any car dealership poor credit or not would be happen to get that type of investment!!!!!
