When my husband and I purchased this vehicle, before any paperwork was signed, Deal Depot agreed to fix the air conditioning. On the delivery confirmation form it states "AS OF THE TIME OF DELIVERY, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES PROMISED TO ME IN CONNECTION WITH THIS TRANSACTION: SERVICE THE A/C -TUES. 2/12/13"

We took the vehicle and dropped it off on 2/12/13 and their mechanic was supposed to pick up the car and take it to his place of business to fix the air. That afternoon, we were contacted and told that the mechanic needed to keep the vehicle longer because there was a leak in the system. They kept the car for 2 days.

We picked up the car and there was mud in driver side floor and all over the driver side door. There was ashes all in the console and all over dash. The air seemed to be working (but of course it was still cold outside and you couldn't really tell). On the way home I noticed that my car was out of alignment and pulling really hard to the right. I also noticed that there was 45 to 50 extra miles on the odometer. My husband looked under the hood curiously, looking to see if he could tell that any work had been done. There was 2 covers, one was missing, and the other was off and laying over in the hoses.

I then called Deal Depot very upset because of the condition that I received my car. A meeting was scheduled with the sales manager and the maintenance guy and he could not explain the dirt, ashes, extra miles, the car being out of line, and offered us $40.00 for an alignment.

After a couple weeks passed, it got hot enough outside to use air.....it probably blew cool for about 15 minutes and then went hot. I then called Deal Depo to let them know that the air leak was not fixed, and they referred me to Eva, my account manager.

Eva would not listen to me and kept saying that it was not under the warranty stipulations and there was nothing she could do, even though I told her that this problem was supposed to be fixed at time of purchase. I then got my husband to call her and she finally agreed to fix the car, but we weren't able to take the car right then because my husbands car was in the shop where he had been in a hit and run accident. He kept telling her the situation about his car and that we both had jobs and two kids and that we couldn't bring the vehicle until we got his back.

We called her again in a couple weeks  to let her know that we still hadn't received his vehicle. And 3 weeks later we called to tell her that we could now bring the car and it was like she had amnesia. She said that she had nothing in her file that said the car was worked on previously and said that what she did have was that their mechanic had found nothing wrong with the air. And that he had done nothing to the car except put freon in it,  even though he kept it for 2 days.  So now they are not going to fix my car and are saying that it was fixed when he charged it.  I tried telling her that he was the one that said there was a leak and if he had fixed it then why is it hot instead of cold and yeah he might of put freon in it but it ran out when I tried to use the air because it was cold and then it turned hot. She said it was not her problem.

I have also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, hoping for my air to be fixed.
