Dealboard Pty Ltd, of Suite 33, Level 3, 650 George St Sydney are an online retailer of various goods and they are RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! After 11 weeks they still have not delivered a mattress and pillows we ordered from them. In addition a GPS sat nav device I purchased from was delivered after 5 weeks but it is FAULTY. It does not work.

When I contacted Dealboard to make a complaint about the GPS unit they wanted me to take a photo of the unit and send the photo to them. Why??? They then said they would credit my account with the purchase price. I don't have an account and don't want to buy anymore of their products.

Secondly, the mattress and pillows. After 11 weeks the goods still have not been delivered and after weeks of emails and phone-calls and threatning legal action they tried the "we will credit your account" tactic again. I told them I was not interested and insisted on a rull refund.

After several weeks of emails and phone calls and threats they are now saying I "should have the refund within 2 weeks." Two weeks??? It only takes a couple of minutes to do an internet transaction! These people are rip-off merchants. They use RUN AROUND tactics to try and get you to give up. BEWARE OF DEALBOARD! Don't lose your mpney to these shysters.

Dealboard Pty Ltd, Level 3, Suite 33, 650 George St Sydney Australia are an online retailer who are ripping off customers by not supplying their paid-for, ordered goods.



We have been waiting 11 weeks for a mattress and pillows we ordered and paid for!



After weeks of emails and phone calls to them, Dealboard wanted to give us credit to "our account' for monies paid that could be used to purchase someting else. Well, we don't have an "account" and in addition, we don't trust them, so are not interested in purchasing anything else to go through the same delaying rip-off tactics.



Prior to the above, we purchased a GPS sat nav device that eventually arrived after about 6 weeks. However the device would not work. When I emailed them to tell them the device was not working they replied asking me to take a photo of the unit and email it to them. Why???



I now know this was just a delaying tactic to make it hard, hoping I would give up. After several emails phone calls and threats they then said they would "credit my account" which sounded reasonable at the time. At the time I was naive but now I know for sure that I wouldn't want to be wasting months going through the same scenario as above. The non-delivery of the goods... all over again.



What we want is a complete refund of the $400 we have paid to them for the two orders above.



I've since found a website forum here in Australia, www.whirlpool.net.au where there were others complaining of the same things. Non delivery of goods ordered from Dealboard Pty Ltd.



I have put in a formal complaint to the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) in Australia regarding Dealboard Pty Ltd and will be also asking The Department of Fair Trading to take up my case here in Western Australia where I live.



So far I'm $400 out of pocket with Dealboard. They are shysters who will go to any lengths to steal  your money. They use frustrating run-around tactics to aggravate you to the point where you will give up.



Warning: Don't buy anything from Dealboard. There is a good chance you will lose your money if you do!
