dealdash dealdash.com Dealdash a fraud! bait and switch, nondelivery, RUIN CHRISTMAS FOR MANY internet
After reading rebuttals from dealdash i cannot help but to file a report! Seems there are so many of us who received this same response from them once they finally bothered to respond to emails. I was also told of an error in shipping my gift cards and told it was resolved and received the generic "they have now been sent and you should be receiving them shortly". THAT WAS A MONTH AGO! STILL waiting....
When and if they have bothered to send a response it has never contained any useful information simply generic responses with nothing specific such as date shipped, REAL tracking numbers, etc. Two of the cards i have been waiting on are from Target. What haven' t they simply gone to target.com and ordered these cards if their "supplier" can' t handle it?
As far as holiday shipping delays and out of stock items go...i placed six different orders on amazon.com last weekend...have received them ALL! I would think that if their "suppliers" were out of stock it is their responsibility to use a backup supplier such as Amazon.com, etc. as I' m sure that they don' t maintain a warehouse of merchandise in spite of what they claim.
I continually gave them the benefit of the doubt...hoping and believing they were honestly trying to rectify the situation. Even going so far as to purchase more bids! But it seems like all that is really happening is stalling and put offs unless you file claims or post reports. However, now that Christmas is days away i have given up all hope of receiving anything before Christmas and all faith in the company. The fact that their fb page only allow positive, glowing experiences and actually takes the time to block anyone posting questions and has NO phone number should have said it all.
The fact that they have managed to find the time to monitor their fb page for anything negative so they can quickly not just remove the comment but then block the user, find the time to send out emails with their current specials to sell more bids and encourage more bidders to bid on items they clearly don' t have tells me that their priority is clearly putting cash in their pockets NOT resolving the issues for its customers....

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your items. DealDash ships thousands of products to auction winners everyday, and has over 1.5 million customers in the United States.
We do our best to provide our customers with updated, relevant information about their orders, and this includes tracking information and shipping dates. Currently most of this information is provided to our customer support staff, and we provide reference numbers to customers that they can use to refer to specific orders when contacting customer support. We are now developing a tool that would make shipping details (such as tracking numbers) available to customers in their dashboard, as well as introducing various other improvements in our shipping procedures. We're always looking for ways to improve the quality of our service and our customer support team is currently responding to all queries submitted within the last 48 hours, so please let our staff know if you have anymore feedback about the site.
We're also 100% committed to making sure every order that is placed through our website is fulfilled, so I apologize if you've experienced delays. DealDash does not, and has never claimed, to maintain an inventory of every product available on our website. Almost every item we ship comes from within our network of suppliers, and the availability of products from these suppliers is subject to change at a moments notice. When the availability of a product does change, we do our best to inform the customer and offer them a clear course of action to resolve the issue, whether that be a refund, substitute, or an alternative arrangement. I would like to offer you more specific information about your case, but as I do not have the information required to find your account, I cannot check to see what has happened. You can find more information about all of these issues in the Terms of use document that you agreed to abide by upon joining the site, but I recommend you stay in touch with our customer support team, as they are available to address all of these concerns.

www.dealdash.com is apparently going down the tubes. According to the BBB there are 139 closed complaints in the LAST 12 MONTHS alone. I wish we had read this before. We have been duped for a lot of money. Won bids only to find out "Out of Stock" offers of less valuable trade offs and Bid packages did not suffice. After multiple emails and basically no response we are forced to become advocates.
Their policy of blocking Facebook posters and removing negative posts is ASTOUNDING! They have a lot to learn.

I went to the bank today and did charge backs on all payments to DD. My money will be back in my account in 5 days. I also filed disputes with my Credit Card company and already received my money back on my card. I filed with BBB and disputed with paypal. Also there is a fb page called dealdashdummies you can comment on and read what others are doing. Hope this helps you.
