DealDash Didn't send item won and paid for in over 6 weeks New York, New York
One of the items I bought in Buy It Now, did not show up in the list showing I had purchased it and thew bids were not returned after I paid for the item in Paypal.
After numerous attempts to contact customer service, I was going to file a dispute on Paypal and the Dealdash dispute hotline number came up (855-883-3274) so I actually spoke to a real person. They put my bids back in and said the item would show up in 2 days.
The bids were returned, but the item never showed up in my BIN list that I bought it or that it was shipped.
It doesn't really matter if it is in the list of purchased items, because they don't send them anyway.
Haven't received 11 Gift Cards paid for in Buy It Now and won in auction over six weeks ago.
Sleaziest company I have ever dealt with on the internet and I'm sure they have broken a bunch of trade laws by now. I am just praying I get my items before they are shut down for good.
No deals here, folks...keep moving and find a deal elsewhere.Danny
