Complaint Review: Dealer Cost Car Audio

This company is a joke!!! They will take your money so fast it will make your head spin, but good friggin luck getting what you bought. And if you do, it will probably be the wrong item. I made the mistake of doing a series of orders with this company in quick succession, PART of the 1st one showed up fine. From there it has been one escalating nightmare after another. And considering that the 1st order was incomplete when it arrived, I can honestly say that they have totally screwed up every order I made. A total of 3. A guy named Robert will respond to your emails, and butter you up with lots of sugar and promises, but just remember you are in a nightmare, nothing he says is true. But if you get upset and make a few demands he will actually call you and try the personal touch on you. He will promise you a bunch of stuff and I have to admit he is pretty charismatic. ITS ALL BULL!!! Here are a few examples: "This order we should see out within 1-2 days." A response to my 1st inquiry about a shipment that was 2 weeks missing. 3 days later nothing so I asked them to check it again..."Yes, we are looking into it today. You are just waiting for the MR1600W correct?" 2 problems here, #1 they are looking into a shipment that they promised me would go out the day before. #2 MR1600W was the WRONG THING. MR1600W was actually the missing item from the 1st shipment, and I asked for a refund on this that finally showed up after reported it to my creditor. This went on and on for another month before the shipment showed up. So my 3rd shipment shows up, and its the wrong item. Robert promises to make an exchange on this. No problem he says, stick it in the mail, give me a tracking # and Ill send the replacement right out!!! So sorry!!! HA that was 3 weeks ago. They have the item I shipped back, and here I sit spinning on my thumb. But thats ok the shipment I mentioned above finally showed up a month and 1/2 after I made the order. I honestly wonder if I need to get the serial numbers checked on the items I have to see if he is stealing them. This company needs to be shut down!!! They are nothing but fakes and frauds. Save your money and time. And unfortunately I dont have room here to give the details of the whole thing, but I have sent over 50 emails at this point to Robert, trying to get him to do what he says he will. EVERYTHING on the site seems to be backordered. Robert claims they do 30,000 successful transactions a day, if you can believe that. Its a scam folks, these guys need to be held accountable.
