Dealer Services aka Royal Protection Plus aka Royal Plus Coverage ripoff, dishonest, runaround Ocean, New Jersey
This company contacted my wife while I was away on business, she asked if they could call back in a week but they feed her a bunch of crap and told her that she could cancle if I didn't want the plan.
The company took the money out of my bank in Jan of 2004. After we recieved the information in the mail we called them and did exacaly what they said to do to receive a refund.
The company told us it would take six to eight weeks to receive our refund, it has been six month's all they keep telling us is they don't know why we havent received it they will look into it and call me back next week, of course they never call back and when I call them back it's the same thing, nothing but a big run around.
