Dealer Services - Kent Finley Over charged, won't refund 12244 Tesson Ferry Rd., ST. Louis Missouri
I have recently just purchased a new car with my dad as a co-signer. He called and said I had received notification in the mail that I needed to call for my extended warranty because the letter says final notice. So I had in the number, they knew what kind of car I drove and my name. The guy I spoke with went over the coverage and costs with me. He said it would be "Thirty four - fifty seven" total for the warranty, and "two fifty six" a month and he also said I could pay "Three Ninety Five" to not have interest. He never once added "hundred" or "thousand" at the end of any of this. So I verified with him, that I would only be charged $3.95, he said yes, so I gave him my account information. Now I am sorry, but this is my first car, first time I had to deal with warranties. I had no idea how much they usually cost. After they had made the deduction and overdrew my account, I called back to get a refund. That is when some one else explained to me that there is two zeros at the end of all the prices I had written down. After being made to feel stupid for 2 hours by 6 different people, I was finally able to speak with a supervisor who said that they would refund the total amount of $395 and "eat" the processing fee of $25. Four days later they refund me $370. I am absolutely irate. I had argued with the same guy for almost an hour about refunding my full amount, that I was not going to pay a processing fee for a transaction I did not authorize. So then I decided to try and find a corporate number and tried searching online. That's when I found this website.
