We were charged for an extended warranty of $1,303.00 for a bottle of dura lube to put in our oil that after being used you could get no refund. I then realized how can this one little bottle keep your whole engine lubricated plus protect water pump, transmission, transfer case, rear and front differentials. I feel we got scammed and was misled by this company to purchase their services. I hope sometime in the near future we can get a full refund for being misled. We will not be misled ever again.
