DCCA may or may not be a real business. If they are, they should not be. I followed their terms. After 7 days asked for refund. Since then I have gotten the run-around, a bit of bad atitude, and no refund.


This company even had the nerve to tell me to remove my review from another site. Since I did not comply, I can only assume they are going to make me wait the full 30 days Visa allows them to process a refund.


They have an almost unimaginable amount of complaints from people who never get their refund.


Avoid them! The good deal you see on their website is all "smoke-&-mirrors". They have no inventory, never stand behind their warranty, and have the poorest excuse for "customer service" I have ever experienced.
